Tristan is a highly experienced Wills Trusts and Probate Solicitor with particular expertise in the administration of complex estates, often involving business, agricultural, or foreign assets. He also advises clients on inheritance tax planning for both individuals and business owners, as well as assisting with Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications.
Tristan began his legal career with Wall James Chappell in 2006 as a trainee solicitor and rejoined the firm in 2024, having spent the intervening years working with both regional and national law firms.
He is a Full Member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers, a professional body dedicated to protecting the interests of older and vulnerable individuals.
Outside of work Tristan enjoys mountain biking, inline skating and classic cars.
